Who says it isn't easy being green? Palmer Homes has been building green homes in Central Oregon for over 30 years now.  We are thrilled to offer homes that are certified in the following environmentally-friendly and energy-saving programs:

Palmer Homes has also  been awarded numerous awards over the years for our  efforts at green building!  Most recently we've received:

COBA Green Builder of the Year
Energy Star Oregon Builder of the Year

Does it make a difference?  Absolutely!
We built 70 Energy Star certified homes
in 2007 alone! The energy savings from
these 70 homes is equivalent to:

Eliminating the emissions from 49 vehicles
Saving 26,880 lbs of coal
Planting 7 acres of trees
Saving homeowners $31,290 on utility bills
