Homeowner Warranty Service Request

For our Palmer Homes homeowners, we offer this easy-to-use online Warranty Service Request form.  With exception of specified emergencies, all requests for service must be in writing. This provides permanent documentation for your file.

Please use this form to notify us of warranty items. We will contact you to set an inspection appointment. Service orders will be issued for work to be performed. Appointments for inspection or service work can be made from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
